Where? At Rachel Opdahl Photography Studio, in Tillamook Oregon

All sessions are 15-20 minutes long and limited to no more than four people (immediate family only). You’ll receive 3 or 7 edited digital + printed portraits per session (Prints are 5x7 matted to 8x10). Additional portraits may be purchased separately. You will receive a Style guide and I will even help you choose your outfits if you like! (Client closet access with added fee)

If your family is larger or if you would like friends or cousins to join, please purchase two spots back to back or message Rachel at rachelopdahl@gmail.com.

This year I will be offering TWO packages.

3 fully edited images/prints : $495 = ($225 deposit + $270)

7 fully edited images/prints: $995 = ($225 deposit + $770)

The $225 deposit fee will be deducted from your final invoice after you make your final selection.

Studio Policies: Due to the nature of all products, deposits and session fee are NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend your session you may sell or gift your seat to another family. Please notify Rachel Opdahl Photography via email within 72 hours before the session with any changes. Changes due to the weather will be at Rachel Opdahl Photography's discrepancy. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. To assure fairness to my clients, all sessions will start and finish on time. If you are late for your session, your tardiness will be deducted from your final session time.

Within 7 days from your session you will be able to view your lightly edited images. These images are to be viewed at your scheduled viewing session with Rachel Opdahl Photography. (Fall is a really busy season so your timely response is extremely important and much appreciated). Once you make your final selection, your payment in full will be due (minus your deposit fee).

There will be no online galleries. Only In-person selections can be made. Each image is hand edited by Rachel Opdahl to her best ability. Any additional requests after images are delivered may require additional editing fees. Rachel Opdahl Photography retains all rights to reproduction and publication of any images taken by her. Any alterations to Rachel’s original work is prohibited by Federal law and will be subjected to civil and criminal penalties. Final selections must be made within 30 days. A $100 fee will be charged to extend an ordering session. All unedited images will be saved for 60 days and edited images will be saved for 18 days. It is not the studio's responsibility to deliver portraits after 180 days. You agree to hold harmless Rachel Opdahl and Rachel Opdahl Photography , LLC from any dispute in the event you or your family become injured during your session. Rachel Opdahl Photography LLC will not be held liable for any injuries or illness that may occur before, during, or after your session as well as any property damages. COVID19 - All cleaning and social distance precautions will be taken to assure our clients are safe. If you do not feel comfortable sharing props, please let us know. If you are hesitant about it, please do not book this session. We can always discuss a full session for your family.
